Hello, I’m Jude
Founder, Programme Director & Coach of Clennam
Jude's experience and credentials
In case you’d like to understand my professional background, below is a little bit about my journey so far…
Professional Experience
Since 2017 I have coached over two hundred people in sectors ranging from Tech and Media through Pharma, Manufacturing, Research, Construction, Professional Services, Education and some of the biggest NGOs in the world.
Credentials
Masters in Coaching and Mentoring Practice (Distinction), Oxford Brookes University
Accredited as a Senior Practitioner of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and qualified as an eCoach.
Trained in Team Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Transactional Analysis, Physical Intelligence, Human Givens, Mental Health First Aid, NLP and a range of personality profiling tools.
MBA from Durham University and an MA in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge.
Code of Ethics
I abide by the EMCC Global Code of Ethics for Coaches and undergo regular supervision for my work.
I provide coaching for working professionals, either privately or via their employer.
My approach reflects my determination to help people thrive in work, however hostile the environment might seem, through developing a deep sense of awareness of themselves and what is needed within the whole system of which they are a part.
At Clennam we create conditions for people to bring their full humanity to work and release capacity in themselves and others which is occasionally breathtaking.
I work from a philosophy that we are ‘whole’ persons whose physical, rational, emotional and spiritual dimensions affect each other and need attention. I have a deep respect for individuals and their value which is rooted in my personal Christian faith.
It would be great to meet you.

For Teams
Jude Bainbridge Hamilton of Clennam and Kim Horwood of Odonata River have come together in partnership to provide systemic team coaching services as co-coaches for your team.
Engaging two co-coaches to work with your team affords:
- greater access to a wider spectrum of coaching experience
- different perspectives, approaches and communication styles to connect and engage with all participants
- two sets of eyes and ears on the ground, to pay attention to the spaces between the lines, see and hear what’s going on within the room while the Team is engaged with the other coach
- role models team working in action
