Coaching with Conceptual Art
An intellectual says a simple thing in a hard way. An artist says a hard thing in a simple way.
Charles Bukowski
Through an immersive and restorative experience of conceptual art in an outdoor sculpture park or gallery, you further your coaching goal and open your mind to new ways of thinking and behaving which remain with you for good.

Who’s it for?
- People who want to recharge with enthusiasm and energy for life and work
- People who are open-minded and want to reconnect with something they may have lost along the way
- No ‘understanding’ of art required, in fact it’s a positive advantage!
What happens?
Jude’s timing is impeccable – inviting me to approach and view the sculptures alone for a few minutes, at exactly the right moment she would come to remind me of my goal, encouraging me to view each sculpture from different angles, taking in all aspects in relation to my goal. Jude then had a coaching style conversation with me about my thoughts while still beside that particular sculpture. It was an incredible experience and I would not have been so inspired by the art forms in relation to my goal without Jude’s timely support and follow up coaching.
