Jude Bainbridge Hamilton MA MBA FCIPD

I am an executive coach with twenty years’ experience of leading people, delivering projects, developing teams and implementing change at HR Director level in medium-sized businesses, voluntary organisations, educational institutions and large corporates.

My approach reflects my experience of working in no-nonsense, high-pressure environments.  Words used to describe me are:

I have experienced how outstanding coaching creates the conditions for people to turn their lives around and make changes that they would never have believed possible. My mission is to enable others to experience this too.

Philosophy

I work from a philosophy that we are ‘whole’ persons whose physical, rational, emotional and spiritual dimensions affect each other and need attention.  I have a deep respect for individuals and their value which is rooted in my Christian faith.

I have coached over two hundred professionals from over thirty nationalities in sectors ranging from leading edge Tech and Media through Manufacturing, Research, Construction, Professional Services, Education and some of the biggest NGOs in the world.

Credentials

• Masters in Coaching and Mentoring Practice (Distinction), Oxford Brookes University
• Winner of the APECS award 2023 for contribution to business-focussed coaching
• I am accredited as a Senior Practitioner of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and am qualified as an ecoach with eCoachPro and a Fellow BetterUp coach.
• I have an MA in Modern and Medieval languages from Cambridge University, an MBA from Durham University and am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
• I have trained with the Human Givens Institute and am licensed to deliver PSI Global Emotional Intelligence materials including personality profiling and Emotional Intelligence profiling and team workshops.
• Mental Health First Aider in Coaching
• Accredited Physical Intelligence Coach

Code of Ethics

I abide by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Code of Professional Conduct and the EMCC Global Code of Ethics for Coaches.  I also receive regular supervision for my coaching work and have a coach in addition to undertaking extensive ongoing professional development.
